In the instance that you cannot view your Teleport capture in your headset, please start by validating that your headset is compatible and that you have met all of the system requirements. Then, proceed with the following steps:

  1. Close the Teleport Desktop Application (by pressing the 'Esc' key).

  2. Shut down and disconnect your headset.

    • If you’re using a Varjo headset, please fully exit and quit out of Varjo Base as well

  3. Reconnect your headset and power it on.

  4. Launch the Teleport capture you are attempting to view.

You can press the 'F1' key in the Unity App to see which headset plugin has been loaded in.

Then, press the 'F5' key while wearing the headset to refresh the headset plugin and initiate immersive VR viewing.

In certain cases, the headset might be connected but only display a blank / black image.

  • If you use multiple different headsets on your computer, you may need to enable OpenXR runtime manually for the headset you are currently using:

  • If you are using a Varjo headset, navigate to the 'System' tab in Varjo Base and select 'Enable OpenXR.'

  • In the event that you are using a Meta Quest headset, open the Quest Link application on the PC and navigate to Settings > General.

    • Under OpenXR Runtime, set Meta Quest Link as the active OpenXR runtime.

    • Make sure to enable Unknown sources above this option to be able to view Teleport captures.
